Tamara Taylor, Managing Principal Broker
Tamara is originally from Heidelberg, Germany where her father owns his own construction company building residential and commercial projects while her mother was a real estate broker. Tamara attended law school and passed the bar exam right before moving to the US. She loves Portland’s unique neighborhoods and it often reminds her of life in Europe. Tamara has truly enjoyed working on the Ben Andrews team and its fast pace environment. She values the team’s personal approach to real estate and building long terms authentic relationships that last beyond a single transaction.
Lance Weinard, Mentor
Meet Lance Weinard. He started working in the industry as an appraising apprentice, but became a licensed broker in 2014.
Lance enjoys real estate as a whole-everything from seeing different properties to building relationships. He especially loves helping clients accomplish one of the biggest achievements in life- move to the next chapter in their lives.

AFFORDABLE & FLEXIBLE ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES
Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models; a monthly flat rate fee and a net commission income fee. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra corporate fees, period. Just your Broker/Agent split remains with cap.We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate.
